Our “Day in the Life” program gives Komatsu employees the chance to experience this synergy firsthand through an immersive experience with Atlassian Williams F1 Team during select Formula One race weekends. The Komatsu-Williams Engineering Academy is advancing STEM education and giving young people a pathway to careers that are vital to a thriving society. Each young academy member receives mentorship over four years, participates in e-learning activities and observes world-class engineering teams. Ultimately, they also have the chance of an internship or career with us.
