We hereby express our deepest condolences to those who lost their lives in the 2026 Kumamoto Earthquake that occurred on July 28, 2026 and extend our heartfelt sympathies to all those affected by the disaster.
Komatsu Ltd. (President and CEO: Takuya Imayoshi) will donate JPY 20 million through the Japanese Red Cross Society as disaster relief for those affected by the earthquake.
In addition to this financial contribution, and in response to requests from the affected areas, Komatsu will provide equipment support of a comparable value through the free-of-charge loan of equipment such as construction equipment, forklifts and generators.
We sincerely pray for the safety and well-being of all those affected and for the swift recovery and reconstruction of the affected areas.
