Komatsu Ltd. (“Komatsu”) hereby announces with respect to restricted stock as performance-based remuneration, as follows:
Komatsu plans to issue or dispose of up to 380,000 shares of its common stock, as restricted stock for performance-based remuneration, and allocate them based on the resolution at one of the Board of Directors meetings following the close of this year's Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Komatsu.
